[exp] [/exp]I’m not quite sure what junkin’ is, but I know what they mean with the rest:
From 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on August 21, 2010, the 7th annual Pickin’ & Junkin’ Bluegrass Festival will take place at UUCA.
The free festival features live music by Bluegrass Bonanza Band, Hicks with Picks, Buzzard Mountain Boys, and the Tucker Station String Band, but you’re welcome to bring your instruments if you’re in the mood to jam.
Plus, you can browse crafts made by local artists as well as tables of junk & collectibles (I’m assuming junk = something akin to a yard sale). And there’ll be a classic car show & earth-friendly crafts for the kids.
The Pickin’ & Junkin’ festival will take place at 1911 Cliff Valley Way NE, Atlanta.

Turner South used to have a show called “Junkin'” a few years ago and the two hosts traveled around the South buying what most people would call junk at various flea markets/garage sales. Some of it was really hilarious. So yes, going “junkin'” is akin to “yard saling” in terms of shopping at a garage sale/flea market.
