On my list of places to shop on Saturday:
From November 25-December 23, 2017, head to Decatur to check out the Root City Holiday Pop-Up Shop. The pop-up shop features finely curated local artisan-made goods, from succulents & chocolate to jewelry & candles.
The Shop Small Saturday Grand Opening event starts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 25. There’ll be door prizes for the first 50 guests, button making with Jonesy Art ATL, Steel City Pops selling pops from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., DJ Empress Rah keeping the music going from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., & giveaways.
Keep an eye on their website for upcoming events at the pop-up shop, including workshops for kids & adults, maker demos, & more.
Though the hours may change, the pop-up shop will be open from 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Mondays-Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. on Thursday & Friday, and 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday.
The Root City Holiday Pop-Up Shop is located at 1 West Court Square #110, Decatur.
