Santa on the Square in downtown Newnan – tree lighting, visits with Santa Claus, and more this Friday

Every year on the Friday after Thanksgiving, the town of Newnan hosts Santa on the Square — a FREE and family-friendly event.

In 2024, the event happens on Friday, November 29th from 6 to 8 p.m.

Santa will arrive in downtown Newnan on a fire truck, and will light the Christmas tree located on the Court House Square.

After the tree lighting, kids can visit with Santa Claus.
Parents are invited to bring a camera or mobile phone and take photos.
