The Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History holds its biggest event of the year, called Trains, Trains, Trains, each year in January.
The two-day event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 27th and Sunday, Jan. 28th in 2024.
Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tickets are on sale in advance.
The 2024 event will feature the Museum’s biggest model train display to date, along with train-themed activities and historic trains.
This is a family-friendly event that features operating model trains. There are also train-themed crafts, interactive activities, railroad music, and vendors selling train-related merchandise.
While you’re there, you can also explore the Southern Museum’s permanent exhibits.
The Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History is located at 2829 Cherokee Street in downtown Kennesaw.
