You may have noticed the beautiful old greenhouse on the grounds of Oakland Cemetery. On Saturday, June 6, 2020, it will be filled with seasonal blooms that you can buy and take home to your own garden.
Oakland’s encore spring plant sale takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is FREE to attend.
You don’t need an appointment to shop, but you’ll need to observe social distancing. The crowd size will be monitored, so please be patient and listen to staff and volunteer workers.
NO CASH will be handled at this event. You’ll need to pay with a card or a contactless payment via your smartphone.
If you can, please bring your own boxes and bags to transport your purchases home!
All the money raised will be used to maintain the gardens at Oakland Cemetery, through the purchase of tools, bulbs, and trees.
Oakland Cemetery is located in southeast Atlanta, near the Grant Park neighborhood.
