Get half-off Attractions Passes, PLUS a FREE Pre-K pass for little kids.
Details below!
Stone Mountain is never a cheap proposition for families. Whenever there are ways to save on parking or all-attractions passes, we’ll let you know here.
The daily parking fee alone is $20 per car, so often it’s worth it to pay $40 for the annual parking pass.
The parking pass runs for 12 months, starting with the month you made the purchase. You can purchase the parking pass at the park gate when you drive up to the admission booth. HINT: Watch for the $5 OFF deal and buy your annual pass then.
Say goodbye to the LaserShow
We can hardly believe it, but the Stone Mountain LaserShow as we know it is ending! It’s been an Atlanta summertime tradition since 1983, and it was always free with the price of parking until the pandemic struck.
According to a press release, the final night for the Classic Lasershow Spectacular is April 29, 2023. Stay tuned for more information about the NEW World’s Largest Summer Light Show debuting at the park Memorial Day Weekend.
Deals and Discounts for Stone Mountain Park
Please use the links to verify a deal is still on, before you head out — and note that some of them only apply to online purchases and are not available at the gate.
Reminder: There are fees of up to $5 tacked on to your online purchase when you buy directly from Stone Mountain. Groupon does not add fees.
Get 50% OFF off an Attractions Pass
NOTE: The half-off $19.99 price is good for admission through Sept. 13th. It goes up to $24.99 on Sept. 14th, when the Pumpkin Festival attraction opens.
Thanks to a limited-time offer from Groupon, you can buy a daily Attractions Pass at HALF OFF — that’s just $19.99, for both children and adults. (The regular price is $39.99 for adults, and $34.99 for kids.)
Groupon adds sales tax to this offer, but does NOT add any other fees. Your total for this deal is just $21.59.
NOTE: You can get up to 8% cashback from Rakuten (formerly Ebates) if you sign up and start a shopping session before you purchase your Groupon. You get the money at the end of each quarter and can have it sent to you via check or PayPal.
You’ll have to choose the date of your visit at the time you purchase the pass.
Be sure to read the fine print.
If you have kids 2 or under, they get in FREE.
Remember that parking ($20) is not included.
FREE Pre-K Pass for summer 2024
The Pre-K Pass is back for the summer of 2024!
With this program, your little tykes age 3 to 5 get free admission to attractions at Stone Mountain Park, all summer long.
To redeem the offer, just register your kids online, and then activate your FREE pass in person at the Park by May 15, 2024.
This is an excellent deal, given that kids over age 2 often pay as much as $34.99 for a daily Attraction Pass.
Get $5 off annual parking pass
For a limited time, you can get the Stone Mountain annual parking pass for just $35, thanks to a Groupon deal. That’s a savings of five bucks from the regular price of $40.
The deal runs through March 31, 2024.
You cannot use the deal to extend your current parking pass — only to buy a new 12-month pass. The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You’ll have to take the Groupon voucher to the park gate to redeem it for your parking sticker.
The annual parking pass gets you access to public picnic areas, hiking and nature trails, children’s playground, walk-up trail, Quarry Exhibit, and the Confederate Hall Historical and Environmental Education Center. You’ll need separate passes or tickets for other park attractions.
Membership Sale: Get 25% OFF
For a limited time, get a one-year membership to Stone Mountain Park for just $49.99 — that’s a significant savings from the regular price of $65, thanks to a Groupon deal.
The membership is good for either an adult or child, and gives you a full year of access to all of the park’s attractions.
Once you buy the voucher, you must activate your membership before May 31, 2024. Then it’s good for one year.
Christmas-in-July Parking Pass Sale
Currently, Stone Mountain has a discount on their parking passes, and we don’t know how long it will last.
As you know, parking at Stone Mountain Park is never cheap. In fact, it’s $20 a pop.
The regular price for a one-year parking pass is $40, so you come out ahead if you visit three times a year or more.
The July sale price for a parking pass is now just $30 — so it will pay for itself very quickly, in just two visits.
If you want to buy two parking passes, you can get a two-pack for $50 (that’s a 35% savings). So it might be worth it to team up with a friend or neighbor and split the cost.
NOTE that the sale is online online only — and you’ll pay another $2.70 per pass in tax and fees, bringing the total to $32.70 for one pass.
How it works:
• Go to the parking pass page and select the items you want to buy. Add them to your cart.
• Check out and pay for your pass(es).
• You’ll see your voucher immediately on the order confirmation page after payment. Print the order confirmation or take a screenshot of it. This is your voucher.
• Within 90 days of your purchase date, take the voucher to Stone Mountain Park to receive your parking pass at the entrance checkpoint.
