Thirsty Roots is a monthly story time for children under the age of five. Parents and caretakers are invited to bring preschoolers to hear a nature-themed book read by Trees Atlanta staff. The story times are followed by a hands-on craft activity that’s inspired by the book of the month.
This event takes place on the second Monday of each month from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., with the exception of June and July, at the Trees Atlanta Treehouse, which is located at 112 Krog Street in Atlanta.
Parking is available directly in front of the TreeHouse and on the first level of the Alexan Parking deck. Street parking can also be found along Edgewood Avenue.
