Tropical Smoothie Cafe is celebrating National Flip Flop Day by offering a FREE 12-ounce Island Punch Smoothie to customers who wear flip flops on May 29, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Island Punch Smoothie is made with peach, guava, passionfruit, mango and pineapple.
The offer is available only in the cafe — see the list of locations below.

National FLip-Flop Day giveaway
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is once again hosting its annual smoothie giveaway. The event is early this year! In past years, the FREE smoothie was offered in conjunction with National Flip-Flop Day, which is the third Friday in June.
This year, you can get your FREE smoothie on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Just wear flip-flops to a participating Tropical Smoothie Cafe location on between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. — and you’ll receive a FREE 12-ounce Strawberry Margarita Smoothie. –
Any modifications, fresh add-ins, or supplements cost extra.
Limit one per customer.
This year, the cafe expects to give away more than 350,000 smoothies, made with fresh fruit and juices.
The free Flip Flop Day smoothie is available in-cafe only at participating locations.
