Come to the Va-Hi Winterfest on Saturday, December 9th, 2023. Winterfest will begin with a Tour of Lights Block Party on Friday, December 8, 2023 to show off the neighborhood’s most vibrant holiday decorations. Then on Saturday, the day starts with a Jingle Jog and a Holiday Parade, followed by a huge holiday artist market and live music.
About the Tour of Lights
Winterfest will kick off with the Tour of Lights, a ticketed event on Friday, December 8. We’ll update with pricing when details become available — or you can check the website.
Enjoy a block party to view the first showing of decorated homes. There will be bars with drinks for purchase. Participants will receive a Virginia Highland commemorative and a map of the event. Listen to carolers sing your favorite holiday tunes.
Kids under 12 participate for free!

About the Holiday Parade

About the Holiday Market
On Saturday, December 9, Virginia Ave & Lanier Blvd will be closed to traffic, to create space the Winterfest Artist Market. \
The market is open from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. and includes over 50 vendors. It is set up as a holiday gift fair, with a German street market theme, including festive lights, music, and drinks. The market is FREE to attend.

Parking can be found outside the festival area, along the residential streets. Please be considerate and don’t block anyone’s driveway.
