Dekalb residents: You can now plan ahead and get a FREE voter ID card ahead of this year’s elections. Read on for complete details.
This program is specifically designed for voters who don’t have a valid/unexpired GA driver’s license or other suitable ID card.
Registered voters can go to the DeKalb Voter Registration and Elections (VRE) office any time (details below).
But for added convenience, Dekalb VRE will be issuing FREE ID cards at MARTA stations at these times:

During this time of frequent cancellations, please verify that an event is actually happening as planned, before you head out.
At all other times, registered voters can get a FREE voter ID by visiting the Voter Registration office located at 4380 Memorial Drive in Decatur.
If you go, be sure to bring a photo identity document OR a non-photo identity document that includes the full legal name, date of birth, proof of voter registration, and a document reflecting full legal name and address in DeKalb County.
