Walmart is hosting Walmart Wellness Day on Saturday, January 11, 2025. The events take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at participating Walmart pharmacies around metro Atlanta.
During the one-day event, families can benefit from the following services:
FREE health screenings, including glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index, and (at select locations) vision screenings.
Affordable immunizations, including Covid, pneumonia, tetanus, HPV, flu, measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox/shingles), whooping cough (TDAP), Hepatitis A & B and more.
Wellness resources and the opportunity to interact with pharmacists, ask questions, and check for drug interactions.
Additionally, in-store giveaways and demos of wellness products will be available at select locations.
Some Walmart pharmacies can also provide testing and same-day treatment for strep, flu or COVID-19. Additionally, Walmart now carries combined COVID-19 and Flu A/B home tests, available over the counter. These tests can detect both COVID-19 and Flu A/B allowing you to understand when it’s more important to seek further care.
